How can I order La Palma earrings?
It's easy! You can order through the website's cart and pay through PayPal. You can also direct message me on Instagram @lapalmaearrings with your order or specific requests. Instagram orders can be paid via Venmo, CashApp or Paypal.
How can I care for my new earrings?
Polymer clay is lightweight and durable. To keep them clean, take a little nail polish remover on a q-tip and lightly clean the surface.
Brass will naturally dull over time, creating a natural patina. To clean, you can rub the brass parts down with ketchup, or a dab of brass cleaner.
Earrings that are coated in resin should not be cleaned with any chemicals.
Do you do custom orders or other colors?
Color, size and design can be customized to whatever you would like. Just send me a message via the contact tab or Instagram.
Are your earrings different from the photos?
Each pair is made by hand and may differ from the original photo.
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! All posts and hooks are nickel-free.
What's your return policy?
I do not accept returns or cancellations after confirmation. If there is an issue with you order, please send me a message.
When can I expect my order?
Good question! Depending on shipping and processing, it may take 5 business days to be shipped. If the earrings are made to order, earrings or other pieces will be shipped within 10-14 days. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped or if there are any updates.
How do you package your items?
La Palma tries to be as sustainable as possible, even in the packaging. Envelopes and packaging are used from recycled materials so you may find your earrings in a re-designed Amazon package or decorated envelopes.
